Neurofibromatosis is a complex genetic disorder and cancer predisposition syndrome that can cause tumors, neurological complications, advanced cancer, learning and cognitive challenges, pain, disfigurement and other lifelong health issues.
CureNFwithJack was founded because families living with NF need more than hope — they need hope in action: better science, better treatments and faster progress.
Our mission is driven by the people living with NF today and by a clear belief that research can change what an NF diagnosis means for the next generation.CNFWJ is committed to accelerating medical research, driving community action, and raising funds to end NF.

We Invest in Science That Can Change What Is Possible for People With NF1
CureNFwithJack strategically invests in promising research with the potential to lead to better treatments and ultimately a cure.
Our work focuses on three interconnected research priorities: addressing the root cause of NF1; reducing or eliminating tumors, especially brain tumors; and improving the quality of life of people living with NF1.
We invest where we believe the science has the potential to meaningfully move the field forward and lead to measurable improvements in patients’ lives.
